Refund Policy
Subscriptions
Cancel any time from Tiers → Manage billing. Your access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for; we don't pro-rate partial months or years.
First 14 days
New subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of their first charge if The Codex isn't for them. Email hello@thecodex.xyz from the address on the account.
Annual plans
Annual subscribers who cancel after 14 days keep access through the end of the year; refunds are at our discretion.
Disputes
If something is wrong, write to us first — we usually fix it faster than a chargeback.
