1. The Field
The Codex is a platform for staking interpretations on works of art and language. By using it, you agree to interpret in good faith and respect the works and readers around you.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for activity under your account. Don't share credentials. We may suspend accounts that abuse staking, impersonate others, or upload material you don't have rights to.
3. Works You Upload
You retain ownership of works you upload. You grant The Codex a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute them on the platform. Don't upload material that infringes on others' rights.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Custodian and Artist subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Cancel any time; access continues through the end of your billing period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
5. Refunds

6. Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
7. Disclaimer
The Codex is provided "as is." Interpretations are not advice. Signal scores are a game mechanic, not a measure of truth.
